Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, county, location, or other term entered into a search tool is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates the search. Geauga County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider may process the query under its privacy policy, terms, and technical practices, which should be reviewed before submitting identifying details.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or use a contact form, we keep the message and the contact details supplied with it long enough to read, route, and answer the inquiry. We do not share that message outside our organization unless doing so is required by law. Messages sent to this private site do not reach GCSO, a court clerk, ODRC, BOP, ICE, or another records custodian.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Like most web services, the site receives basic technical and usage information when a page loads. These records help operate the service, measure traffic, and diagnose faults. They may include:
