Why This Resource Exists
Ohio provides several official record channels, but no single search answers every release question. The Geauga County Sheriff's Office keeps the local jail register and booking files. ODRC publishes state custody, release, and APA supervision fields. Local courts document bond, sentence, community control, and judicial release. The Bureau of Prisons covers federal sentences, while ICE and federal court records address other transfers. We organize those official sources, explain what each result means, and show how to request a record that is not published online.
